Looks good on the outside, but expect to get robbed. If you don't belong to the church you don't get equal treatment. My child was neglected and ignored, and treated differently, simply for not being a church member. Admissions will be very sweet and thoughtful until you make a payment, then they will try to get as much extra out of you as they can . Nothing more than a well oiled money making scheme

Parent's Review

After four years at another jefferson parish public school... I.. Guess i am a bit spoiled. The new "restrictions" that are in place where the government tells you where your children have to go to school have opened my eyes, to the state of the jppss! my children used to be in a safe, caring, nurturing, academically fit environment, with a competent staff in charge... Phoebe hearst is the complete opposite!.. Office workers don't even seem to.. Want to be there, safety is a non-issue, with open unlocked gates, picking up your child at the end of the day...... Anyone could walk in and take a child, no id is required, they just open the doors... The staff act more like drill instructors than elementary school.. Personell, instead of recess they are made to run laps around the yard..... Be warned.... If moving to metairie, la.......... Make sure that you are not in phoebe hearst's district!!!!!.... P. S.. My kids say that the cafeteria is really bad.
